Hot Filling Machine (RCGN)

Product Description

This type of machine is used for glass bottle hot filling beverage production line. It mainly applies to rinsing, filling and capping tea, juice and sports drinks. It also can be suitable for filling water in ambient temperature.

Characteristics:
1. The machine is a 3-in-1 integrated monoblock to reduce space-occupying.
2. All product contacting parts are made by high quality S. S, exterior surface is polished to have easy cleaning. Seals are imported which meet filling requirement of food sanitation.
3. Long rinsing and dripping-out time to reduce residue to maximum.
4. Gravity filling is adopted for better CIP cleaning.
5. Special-designed neck-holding bottle conveying, filling valves will move up and down and bottles only rotate in horizontal level to guarantee stable conveying height to avoid product splash.
6. High-energy magnetic capping (torque is adjustable) to guarantee the capping effect and equipment adaptability.
7. Lubrication system and fully-open protecting devices to make this hot filling machine mor convenient to maintein.
