CSD Filling Machine (QCGN)

Product Description

This type of CSD filling machine is specially designed for filling carbonated beverage with PET bottle;
Reasonable in mechanism and reliable in capability;
All components contacting beverage made of stainless steel;
No rinsing without bottles;
Adopted low-temperature & equivalent-pressure filling and strongly magnetic force to cap;
PLC controlling.

Characteristics:
1. Empty bottles are transferred by chain conveyor. It is easy for bottle format change-over.
2. Main driving system adopts speed-regulating and frequency-conversion motors altogether with notched belt and gear case to make machine stable running.
3. The length of vent tube can be adjusted flexibly according to different bottle volumes ad shapes.
4. The height of the filling tank can be adjusted simply as well as fast bottle format change-over.
5. Multi-nozzle rinsing is adopted to ensure complete rinsing of lifting cylinders and filling valves.
6. Magnetic cap sorter is adopted for cap sorting inverse cap adjustor is also fixed in the cap chute. No cap, no working.
7. Visualized human-computer dialogue interface which can display the malfunction and operation in real-time to ensure machine stable running with dependable performance.
